At Namay (SUR NAMAY FOODS PVT LTD), we offer free shipping for all orders with an order value of Rs.1999 and above.  For all other amounts shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Namay (SUR NAMAY FOODS PVT LTD) is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by Namay (SUR NAMAY FOODS PVT LTD). We shall strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of Namay (SUR NAMAY FOODS PVT LTD), including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by complete refund.

Processing Orders

Our business hours are 10 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time (IST), Monday to Saturday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours, please email us on info@namay.in and we will respond as soon as possible.  We will try to send your order within 1-2 business days.

Refund Policy:

Namay (SUR NAMAY FOODS PVT LTD) does not accept returns or initiate refunds unless:

  • Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit, have physical defects, or if an incorrect product has been shipped. To process a return, you must email us at info@namay.in with photos of the damaged/incorrect product within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal has been broken or has been tampered with. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and validate the claim.
  • If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued.
    If the return is not eligible, the request will be rejected, and no refund or replacement will be provided.
    For online payments, the refund will be processed back to the original source within 7 working days of approval.
